Account Coordinator

Eaton Corporation'sMarketing Commercial Operation Division, located in (location) has an immediateopening for an Account Coordinator. This role will report to the Arden, NC facility.

You will fulfill order management related activities for key and strategic MOEMs
You will drive customer affinity by delivering exceptional Customer Service (meeting or exceeding phone and email metrics as well as team service level agreement)
You will identify and implement process improvements
You will participate in regular conference calls with field sales, plants and customers
You will change notice management
You will facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations
You will have to have the ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail
You will provide solutions by critically thinking and investigating different situations on a case - by - case scenario
You will have the ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution
You will prioritize customer demand to assist with improved product flow
You will work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests
You will fulfill any and all Eaton Business System requirements

Position Criteria:
Candidate must have excellent time management, organization, communication and computer skills
Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to contribute to the group's success
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Team player
Strong professional presence
Occasional travel to plants and customer sites required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, email, internet)
Basic Qualifications:
Four year degree from an accredited institution required
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Minimum of 1 (one) year of customer interaction experience
PreferredQualifications:
Knowledge of CRM software and SAP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Vista, VOTW and Mentor software


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
