Customer Service Representative
Dispatcher / Customer Service Position involves answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments and dispatching calls to technicians in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- High Volume Call Experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Computer data entry skills
- Multi- tasker
In addition:
- HVAC knowledge would be helpful
- Scheduling Experience preferred
- Pleasant and welcoming voice
Pay: DOE
Full Time: M-F
Benefits include health insurance
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
