Medical Assistant for Private Medical Practice
Medical Assistants needed for pain management practice in Arden, NC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Takes vitals on all patients and document in EMR system
Records HPI's in EMR system & rooms patient
Assists provider in room with assessment & documents all findings in EMR system
prints all prescriptions for patient, confirms dosage & medicine with provider and gains signature from provider
Reports to clinic coordinator at scheduled time, date and location
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate or Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. Passing score on CMA or RMA exam, OR exam must be scheduled for completion within 90 days from date of application. Clear national background check and sex offender registry check. Clear urine drug screen test. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to exercise initiative and problem solving techniques. Must be able to speak and write using correct and proper grammar at all times.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
