PrideStaff is recruiting for a part-time Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer for an accounting company located in Arden.
Job
Summary:
Responsible for tracking client's revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports.
You will also be responsible for auditing books to ensure records are correct.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account informationReconcile company's financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements Prepare tax returns for businesses and individualsPost financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statementsStudy financial trends to determine future business needsQualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of three years' work-related experienceStrong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systemsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skillsBasic working knowledge of QuickBooksStrong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to prioritizeHours of Work:
Monday to Friday - Up to 25 hours a week (flexible work schedule available) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to):
